We all need therapy. No matter your race, demographic or socioeconomic status, no one is excluded from that statement. We all need help processing our feelings, thoughts and behavior that we tend to bypass because life is always happening. Therapy allows you to remove the mask of strength and composure to access the core of who you truly are. Counseling allows you to take care of the inner you through every season in life. Be it trauma or everyday life struggles, processing is needed for optimal mental and emotional health. If you are in a helping profession serving others, executive or leadership position in Corporate America, or a stay-at-home mom taking care of your family, we all need help. We have to take care of ourself first if we plan to continue to serve others at an optimal level. We can’t pour from an empty cup. Counseling doesn’t just help the individual getting counseling. Your family and everyone you interact with benefit from your healing. As your mental and emotional health improves, you will see the difference in how family and those you serve respond to you.
Counseling is God’s greatest gift to me. It would be my pleasure to help you on your path to healing. I serve couples, families, and individuals ages 14 and up. My specialties for individual therapy include trauma, shame, anxiety, depression, codependency, family conflict, spiritual issues, relationship issues, anger management, narcissistic abuse and more.
I am passionate about serving those that occupy first responder, executive leadership and pastoral positions. Who do you go to when you are the blueprint for those you serve? You are human. Take your mask off. I am here to help.
The initial session for individual therapy is $160 and 75 minutes in length. Subsequent sessions are $125 and 50 minutes in length.
